Jim Fletcher has chosen to concentrate on Trusts and Estates law because he is passionate about helping families create happy and secure futures. His estate planning practice focuses upon helping families enhance their lives today and secure their futures tomorrow. Jim graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law, and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. Jim rose to the level of senior associate at two prestigious Buckhead and Dunwoody law firms, where he developed experience in not only estate planning, but also in complex civil litigation and real estate matters. Jim received advanced training from Wealth Counsel, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families. Jim has been named as a "Super Lawyer" beginning in the year 2020. He is known as a legal scholar and enjoys educating the community. He is a frequently-requested speaker for Georgia continuing legal education seminars, and founded the Kids Protection Center as an organization that provides parents and families with resources and information to help keep our children safe. Jim is married to Catharine and is the proud father of three daughters, Sarah Beth, Jordin, and Sloane.
