Flex-Advise provides frational leadership consulting and a range of consulting services to mission-focused organizations, including nonprofits, early-stage businesses, foundations and health care organizations. Developing a strategic plan, operational plan, and a targeted revenue generation and fund-raising strategy to support trauma workshop programming and facilitator training. • Fractional CRO services for a partnership of Texas-based women's healthcare providers to develop a strategic and operational plan to grow revenue and profits. • Senior Advisor to a global international business program focused on launching a platform to serve alumnae living around the world, through both webinars and a network of digitally-based, small-group women’s circles. The goal is to connect, engage and support female leaders and graduates through programming tailored closely to their needs.
