Flex Kitchen started in 2015 and since then the two siblings Caroline- & Nicolai Bernhoft, who are behind it, have worked hard to create new standards in lunch catering.
The idea from the beginning has been to create a lunch product where the taste is in focus, but where also sustainability & good craftsmanship are paramount.
