We have a suicide rate of four times the national average. As a result practices are closing their doors which is compromising animal welfare. Our research has shown that there is a strong need for flexible working amongst veterinary professionals. The UK Government’s research highlights that flexible working has a positive impact on employee relations engagement, motivation and loyalty.
