Flexid TechnoPack Private Limited (Flexid) is a DIPP (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Govt. of India) recognized Start-up enterprise. The company is promoted by the passionate and skilled professionals with nearly three decades of experience in the core pharma and pharma packaging sectors spanning Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, IT and Business Development functions. The firm was started with a vision: “Partnering for Healthier World through Smart Drug Packaging and Delivery Systems” Flexid manufactures various plastic components for Life Sciences Industry using Injection Blow Moulding, Extrusion Blow Moulding and Inejction Moulding technologies. These components include: - Containers through Injection Blow Moulding - Jars through Extrusion Blow Moulding process - Closures (Child Resistant Caps, Continuous Thread Caps, Pressfit Caps, Flip tops etc) through Injection Moulding process - Trays, Plungers and other components through Injection Molding process The manufacturing plant is located at sector specific Medical Devices Park, Sultanpur which is about 50 km away from the International Airport and Railway station. This park is managed by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) and it sprawls in about 550 acres of land exclusively designed for Medical Devices with good Infra structure. The plant is constructed in about 2.5 acres of land in a lush green environment with good landscape. The plant is designed by leading experts in the life sciences sector and the key design elements including the Soil testing and the Structural load calculations were vetted by the leading academic institutes like Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad.
