Flexx

One of our core principles is to respect others the way we would want to be respected. In our minds, respecting our employees means giving them the ability to deal with their personal lives even during the traditional workday. This means being flexible with our working mothers that need the occasional extra hours in the AM to get their kids off to school, being flexible with our primary caretaker employees to leave early to care for their elderly parents, and even being flexible with our employee's in need of the occasional morning self-care routine. Our challenge was offering our employees the flexibility they needed without compromising on accountability. We were introduced to the flextime model and found it to be a practical solution to being flexible with the personal lives of our employees without compromising on the well-being of our business. We struggled to find software that was built to implement and manage the flextime model so we built our own. The software brought structure to the flexibility in our business and we never looked back.
