Flex Yoga

Flex Yoga is not just a class and much more than a good stretch session. With a trauma informed, nervous system centered approach to breath work, mindful movement and meditation, Flex Yoga provides modifications to include individual needs while creating communal experiences. In the context of teaching, there is no “one size fits all” approach. Offering weekly series, practical workshops and special events, Flex Yoga attracts a diverse crowd, from the beginner student to the experienced yogi, specializing in: - trauma, mental health & addictions - chronic pain, and - athletics.
