During his training, Sam experienced very challenging times trying to understand complex concepts during ground theory classes. Some instructors will focus more on completing their hours rather than providing quality training. He understands the frustration and the hopeless feeling during flight training. This motivates him to create online courses to facilitate other students understanding of the ground theory.
