Flinders University’s Tavern fell into the hands of Rob and Dan, Burger Theory’s cofounders, early in 2016. Though unquestionably evil, they are also, fortunately, both Flinders alumni, with Dan having skipped out of PhD studies all those years ago to flip burgers instead (convinced by Rob, who had recently graduated and couldn’t find a job).
The Tavern serves the entire Flinders University community. It also serves beer, wine, cocktails and spirits alongside burgers, pizza, schnitzels, salads and other things. Oh and picklebacks. Don't forget the picklebacks.
