The firm is able to consider a broader spectrum of healthcare opportunities than the typical venture capital or private equity firm. As an impact investment firm, we utilise patient capital in the form of convertible debt and equity to implement an investment structure that loosens the rules around return profiles and investment horizons while also using social impact as a key criteria for determining the fit of an investment within our portfolio.
