FLINT PLANNING is an innovative new firm that specializes in Indigenous and community planning, research and engagement, and delivering training and workshops that meet your community's needs. The organization emerged through collaborative work experiences and countless discussions focused on a desire to do planning differently. Initially brought together by similar values, our diverse professional backgrounds and complementary skill-sets position our team to provide a unique approach to consulting. We are committed to centering the voices and perspectives of marginalized communities through a commitment to social, environmental, and economic justice, and pride ourselves on delivering innovative ideas and practical solutions to our clients. Our team is made up of Zoë Greig, Tasha Henderson, and Justin Wiebe, and collectively we bring experiences working with First Nations and urban Indigenous communities, front line work with marginalized communities, international planning experience, facilitation and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, project management, and data analysis and research. We believe in helping clients develop evidence-based solutions through a combination of community engagement and research.
