We work inside a critical but often overlooked part of the housing system—temporary homes for people moving through crisis, recovery, or reentry. Transitional housing is intended to serve as a bridge to a more permanent living arrangement. We believe it should feel like a beginning.
Our team partners with housing providers to transform these spaces using trauma-informed design—an approach that considers how layout, lighting, texture, and color can shape a person's emotional experience. Every detail is chosen with care. Every Flip is built to support stability, dignity, and a sense of safety from the moment someone walks in.
