At FLIP, we empower students and young adults, 16 years and above to understand, decide and make their career decisions right. We believe by hand-holding them at a young age will help them start their journey on careers and will help them realise their dreams practically given time.
Through our structured initiatives and active collaborations with the industry players’ stakeholders and universities around the world, we are continuously pushing frontiers and helping the young adults explore and develop skill sets by making them experience their dream career through internship.
Besides that, we will continue hand-holding them by going deeper into identifying their career aspirations through interactive engagements, relevant programmes, real-life ‘work’ experience and personalised workshops. These students and young adults will be able to connect the dots from this mentorship and move forward with their professional life successfully.
