Founded in 2018, Flippo Civil Design is a team of civil engineering consultants and site designers who have the tools and the experience that it takes to turn a complicated site into an exceptional place. Although we primarily serve the Atlanta metro area, our 200+ completed projects are spread across the state of Georgia, and we have been fortunate to partner with some of the region’s most forward-thinking architects, planners, and developers. Our approach is collaborative, flexible, honest, and proactive. Projects where cross-discipline collaboration is the key to unlocking a site’s fullest potential are where we thrive. We offer planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services in three primary market sectors: Housing - accessory dwelling units (ADUs), micro-units, cottage courts, single-family, townhomes, duplex and multiplex missing middle, adaptive reuse, garden-style multifamily, mixed-use, and mid-rise multifamily Institutional - non-profit, religious, educational, civic, parks, and supportive housing, such as recovery and transitional housing Commercial - from shipping container beer gardens to million-square-foot industrial renovations Our office is located in the historic Adair Park neighborhood, and we proudly call Atlanta our business home.
