TACOR announced their acquisition of FLITE Components, LLC in September 2013 from Aero Maintenance Group - AMG (as part of Air France Industries - KLM Engineering & Maintenance network). Owners Mike Norwood and Scott Lawson acknowledged that the purchase “offers very attractive synergies that will be beneficial for both companies and their respective customers. Our plan is to help FLITE continue to offer big company service while refocusing on small business values and pricing”. FLITE is an FAA/EASA 145 certified maintenance facility entering its 65th year in business located next to Dallas Luv Field Airport in Texas.
