Flobar Construction has been in the Construction Industry since 1991. It is a Sole Proprietorship owned by Engr. Flor B. Hayag and co-managed by her husband, Engr. Sol T. Hayag - both Licensed Civil Engineers. Initially, the firm was engaged mostly with Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and Housing Projects. In 1997, Engr. Sol T. Hayag joined the outfit after his stint as SSECM Engineer and Reseller Sales Executive with Petron Corporation. With quality workmanship and on-time completion of its projects, the firm count Petron Corporation, Yuchengco Group of Companies (YGC), Jollibee Corporation and One Network Bank as its major clients among others.
