Floor B consists of a Board of Director(s)a, a Chief Executive Officer who also serves as The President, and A team of professional and experienced Project Managers, Field Managers, Team Leaders and highly skilled/trained installers. The president of Floor B, Alina Tapia, has over 12 years of experience working in the construction industry. Having approximately 8 years of experience in the HVAC sector where she acted as the Chief Mechanical Estimator, Vice-President of Operations and Comptroller of an established Mechanical Company in Miami, Florida. Over the two years of working in the flooring industry, Alina had the opportunity to act as a Project Manager for and be mentored by one of Miami's best Flooring Director of Operations. As a Flooring Project Manager, Alina gained extensive experience in all kinds of flooring installations ranging from hospitals, schools, gyms, spas, boutiques, high-end residential, office build-outs... Floor B has a team of experienced installation-specific Field Project Managers with of over 30++ years of cumulative experience dealing with all types of Flooring Installation, i.e., stone, wood, carpet, rubber, LVT, VCT, vinyl, sheet vinyl, epoxy and/or polished concrete. Floor B has just recently opened its doors to the construction world where our team of experienced and determined professionals are ready to better serve our client's needs.
