II dreamed of the Flore Confectionery with the philosophy of the quote above. As a pastry chef I deeply believe that the high quality confectionery should be based on continuous curiosity, creativity and fun. When the high quality ingredients and professional kitchen technologies are obvious, it is time to play with the food and entertain our sweettooth customers. I am passionately looking for new products, new flavors, new spices, new recipes, new technologies to give you the wow feeling when you taste our confectioneries.
