Some about me... I have experience as Documentation Writer for an American-based software company, as part of the Customer Support area. In this position, I was able to marketinize old documentation and did graphic design for these and even company logos. I also created a website using coding for the e-learning site of the software, used by clients. I tended to apply best practices in my User Guides and Quick Start Guides. I also have experience as Researcher working for a Canadian speech and communication lab and love to scour the Internet in search of what I need or rarities. Moreover, I have telephone skills in the healthcare industry and have interpreted medical appointments from all kinds of Drs. from America, Canada, and the UK. In addition, I have technical translating skills as I worked as a translator for 6 years, and even had the opportunity to translate a chapter of a book on a speech disability.
