Florida 211

211 is a free, confidential service available 24/7, connecting Floridians to local community resources, including thousands of programs and services for those in need—such as support for first responders, Veterans, caregivers, seniors, and more. Florida’s 211 centers also provide crisis support, suicide prevention, and mental health assistance through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Inform Florida, formerly the Florida Alliance of Information and Referral Services (FLAIRS), serves as the collaborative organization for the Florida 211 Network, which is made up of eleven organizations working together to ensure every Floridian has access to help when they need it most.
