About FLØR Restaurant
"" FLOR is one of the best restaurants which is located in the business center of Dubai in the DIFC area. The menu created by brand chef Timofey Sulima (MICHELIN Bib Gourmand Award 2022) all sorts of appetizers are in the lead (and understandably so: there is a fine wine list) — from roast beef with onion cream to salmon tartare — and behind them there is a modest page with hot dishes: from baked cabbage to a magnificent meat steak. It is wonderful that the success of this enterprise has not deprived it of its intimacy and a feeling of home. And be prepared for the fact that a set of appetizers and a plate of risotto will be followed by a detailed story about the nature of local food, and with it wine, and joy, and “come again.”"
