The menu created by brand chef Timofey Sulima (MICHELIN Bib Gourmand Award 2022) all sorts of appetizers are in the lead (and understandably so: there is a fine wine list) — from roast beef with onion cream to salmon tartare — and behind them there is a modest page with hot dishes: from baked cabbage to a magnificent meat steak. It is wonderful that the success of this enterprise has not deprived it of its intimacy and a feeling of home. And be prepared for the fact that a set of appetizers and a plate of risotto will be followed by a detailed story about the nature of local food, and with it wine, and joy, and “come again.”"
