Flourish expert coaches, who are also experienced business leaders from Fortune 500 companies, leave behind systemic change that goes far beyond the intervention. Flourish Corp was founded in 2009, when our founder Denise Dziwak, became a mother and leaned out of her corporate role at a Fortune 500 company, to be able to reach her professional goals and lead a happy life. “How can we help women leaders flourish in their life as a whole?” is the question Denise Dziwak, founder she has been focused on since, as she became a coach, speaker and author. The first answer came through her book: FLOURISHING FAMILIES. THE HOME WITHIN (2018) a GUIDE towards creating wellbeing and joy in our family lives. In October 2019, collaborating with her colleague Andrea Salcedo, they launched the first edition of the successful MoMtoring Program, a community based virtual learning experience for working moms to flourish. Added to Denise’s experience as circle leader and speaker at Lean In, the largest global community dedicated to helping women achieve their ambitions, founded by Sheryl Sandberg, led Flourish Corp to enhance and accelerate the expansion of more programs for women leadership development. To this end, Roman Zaoborny, a 22 years experienced business leader at P&G, and Denise’s husband, joined as Chief of Strategy and Commercial Officer aiming to exponentially grow Flourish Corp’s impact. Flourish Corp has worked since 2009 with companies as L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, Adidas, Coca Cola, Cisco, Abbvie, Kellogs and GlaxoSmithkline.
