👋 Hi, I'm Kim, Founder of Flourish in Change, a coaching service and community, all about empowering women to embrace their authenticity, lean into their strengths and design a career and lifestyle of joy, confidence and energy. 🧘🏻♀️ 🌱 As a Strengths Profile Practitioner with Strengths Profile, I saw the impact of recognising my strengths on my own career change into and through the tech industry. I would like to connect with women from all industries, including tech who are looking to develop their skills, lean into their strengths and design a portfolio-style career and lifestyle in alignment with their authenticity.
