Also, defining corrosion inhibitor dosage rates. *Hydrate analysis to define hydrate formation along pipeline and operating conditions as black startup. And determination of hydrate inhibiting dosage rates and type (Methanol, MEG, DEG, TEG, KHI, LDHI,..) *Wax simulation to avoid WAT and estimation of growth rates and wax thickness. *Scale investigation by considering associated salts analysis with water for scale formation. *Asphaltene analysis for precipitation rates. *Anti-Surge design by identifying set pressure, opening time, accumulated relief flow, over-pressure. *HIPPS design by estimating response time, fortified zone, and set pressure. *Applying design codes as ASME B31.8 for onshore pipelines and DNV-ST-F101 for offshore pipeline to select material grades and wall thickness. *Estimation of control loops (As PID controller in SPS) *Slug catcher design by estimating slug rates، volumes, and frequency. *Define blowdown rates and minimum design temperature of metal. *Pigging analysis to design pig traps and identify operational parameters. *Pumps & Compressors data sheet with respect to process data.
