Flowwell castings was incorporated in the year 2002 in Chennai, India. The company has evolved as a manufacturer and supplier of high pressure aluminium die castings and machined components. The capacity of the die casting machines range between 120T to 420T.
We do have another plant Flowwell Precision products to cater the machining needs of the die casting components. It has both CNC and VMC machines to achieve Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Customer is our first priority and the entire team comprising engineers and managers puts in their best effort and ensures defect free product to our customer. Based on the QMS practiced, we are accredited with IATF 16949 given by the International Automotive Task Force dedicated for Quality Management System for automotive sector.
The company is also equipped with quality standards room equipped with co-ordinate measuring machine (ZEISS), video measuring machines and spectrometers handled by well qualified engineers.
Our valuable customers include Lucas TVS, Bonfliglioli, Manatek, Onegene, Myunghwa, Rotork, Smr, Magal Engineering, Western Thompson, Dynamtic, Rane, Minda, Motonic and Rass.
