Flow Cacao

We are a small, family-owned cacao roastery. We craft our products in micro-batches with fine flavour single-origin cacao beans, sourced ethically from growers in Latin America. Our main products are craft chocolate brew and nutritious roasted cacao beans snack, using only real and simple ingredients. *Inspired by our travels in Latin America and the traditional Mayan way of drinking cacao we crafted a bean-to-cup chocolate brew with bold flavour which retains the health benefits of cacao. It is made with pure roasted cacao beans, organic coconut blossom sugar and for some blends with different spices. We use only high-quality fine flavour cacao beans, which we roast in micro-batches, crack, winnow and stone-grind to turn them into rich and nutritious drinking chocolate that feels like a tender hug. *Our roasted cacao beans snack is made with only real ingredients - organic cacao beans, spices, and coconut blossom sugar. We use the whole beans and combine them with other ingredients for those with a sweeter tooth. The perfect snack for anyone who finds themselves on a mountain peak, a forest hike path or on a snowy slope when skiing. We also love them with a cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon. They are nutritious, energy-boosting and bring joy and nourishment. The flavour of cacao depends on many factors - the climate and soil where the cacao beans grow, the fermentation and drying of the beans. Our aim when roasting is to bring out the special flavour that is unique to each cacao variety. The higher the percentage of cacao, the greater are the health benefits. As we do not extract the cacao butter from the beans we preserve on maximum the health benefits it can provide, as well as making sure we develop and keep the rich flavour of cacao.
