We give you 45 minutes of intensity, combined with heat, strength, complemented by deep breathing and a calming of the mind. We ask you to step outside your comfort zone and embrace the fire inside.
FlowCycle is founded by two entrepreneurs who saw an opening in the group fitness world to shake up stale norms in Shanghai, China. From their unique backgrounds—Marketing, Service, Business consulting and Fitness education—and their shared urban-luxury-meets-industrial chic comes FlowCycle—the next generation of group fitness. One that helps you to tap into the flow state of mind, yet still delivers an incredible and effective workout.
