Founded in 2012 in Munich as Bauer IT, Flower has its roots firmly established in agile software development and business process automation. From 2012 to 2021 the company operated under the Bauer brand, delivering tools for agile teams for Atlassian Jira. We produced the first ever paid add-on for Jira Cloud – its popular User Story Map PRO – which consistently lists in the top 15 best-selling Jira add-ons on the Atlassian Marketplace. At Flower, we live the agile methodology. Our add-on Flower Workflow Automation for Jira enhances project and product management performance. The Flower leadership team firmly supports a virtual working ethos – one which they know from their own experience enables a quality work-life balance most strive for. Its offsites on the beautiful Mediterranean island, of Cyprus, are legendary.
