Flower Effect Consulting is a Black-owned, healing-centered consulting practice that partners with organizations, schools, and communities to foster equity, connection, and transformation. Rooted in racial justice, restorative practices, and cultural responsiveness, we create spaces where people can show up fully, engage in honest dialogue, and move from conflict to connection. Founded by Ashley Johnson, a facilitator, trainer, and strategist with over a decade of experience, Flower Effect brings a unique blend of somatics, storytelling, and systems thinking to its work. We design and lead workshops, trainings, and community processes that support organizations in shifting culture—not just policies. Our approach is relational and holistic, integrating healing justice with practical strategies that meet the moment. Our offerings include: -Facilitation of staff retreats and team-building grounded in values of care, accountability, and inclusion -Trainings on racial equity, direct communication, and conflict transformation -Strategic advising for nonprofits, school districts, and community-led initiatives -Healing-centered programming like sound baths, reflection circles, and reiki to support individual and collective well-being We’ve partnered with a range of clients (from grassroots collectives and cooperatives to large school systems), bringing clarity, compassion, and creativity to the work of change.
