Flow Innovation is a boutique digital transformation agency founded by experienced corporate innovation experts and startup entrepreneurs. We started Flow in 2018 after seeing how often digital transformation programs were failing to live up to their promise. Many companies are spending years transforming their IT infrastructure while the primary goal -- using digital technology to transform the business -- was not being met. Unlike traditional consultancies, we combine an entrepreneurial approach with a deep understanding of how larger organizations operate. We help our clients create ‘Digital Business Acceleration’ programs that build on existing technology investment to rapidly deliver strategic projects that help the business drive relevance and adaptability.
