Flowithme is a start-up founded in 2019 that helps individuals to reach the best of their abilities while looking after the clients’ wellbeing with the combination of life coaching, cooking and yoga techniques. Clients reach their potential by increasing their awareness and working with qualified staff who assist them during their journey using an integrated body, mind and spirit approach.
Flowithme started as an idea that Sara de Miguel Hernandez, founder of Flowithme, had one day when she was working in the corporate world and felt she had to help others to follow their purpose in life. Her motto was to “walk the talk” and that very day she handed in her notice, resigned from the company, and the Flowithme journey began.
