FLOW RAIL enables you to stack up to 12 pallets in the same lane - and mix different SKUs in the same bay. Goods can be picked individually from any level without having to empty the levels above and below. You can get occupancy ratios in the order of 85% because FLOW RAIL makes each lane independent. If you have standard, selective racking you can eliminate wasted space by replacing lift truck access lanes with FLOW RAIL and increase the capacity of your warehouse by up to 60% FLEXIBILITY Need more density? You can configure FLOW RAIL systems to 12 pallets deep. And since no pitch is required, drive-in systems can be easily converted with FLOW RAIL using existing uprights. It is a rack agnostic system. With FLOW RAIL you can store a wide variety of products, regardless of shape or physical form. For extra large sizes, multiple tracks can be added. A third rail can be added be added for very heavy loads. With FLOW RAIL you can use different sizes and models of lift trucks. It is very easy to extend or shorten the length of the FLOW RAIL tracks.
