Those processes can produce too little powder, too slowly, or can cause loss of active compounds. They can be costly, involve designing of complex cycles, and/or difficult to scale, thus delaying sales and profitability. Sometimes, these current drying technologies may not be compatible with the new innovative drugs and materials that are in the discovery phase. Our most advanced production system, PolarDry® patented drying technology, is our proudest innovation. It is a system for making product with high quality, high efficiency, and reliable throughput. In many cases, post-processing, such as particle size reduction, is minimized or eliminated with PolarDry. However, if needed, we have a product line of fluid bed systems, high shear granulators, particle size reduction systems, bin and bowl elevators, tablet coating optimization systems, and process control software.
