Fluid Controls Limited offers clients a complete range of instrumentation erection hardware, ranging from instrumentation fittings, valves, manifolds and air headers to DIN pipe clamps, SAE flanges and condensate pots. We also offer clients close coupled instrument hook-ups, high pressure needle valves, a range of gas valves for turbine applications and block and bleed valves. We have recently introduced O2 clean fittings and valves for pharma and bio-tech applications. Fluid Controls is a premier supplier to onshore and off-shore oil and gas installations, process and power plants, critical applications for nuclear plants and railways in India. We are approved by all major OEM’s such as ONGC, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, NTPC, BHEL, NPCIL. Our international clients are located in the USA, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. Headquartered in Mumbai, the group has manufacturing facilities in Pune and Goa. At our Pune facility, we have a state-of-the-art R&D centre which offers clients customized solutions based on analytical formulations, ANSYS 2D and 3D Modelling, Finite Element Analysis. Fluid Controls is recognised by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR) an “In-House R&D Unit”. Fluid Controls has system certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and OHSAS ISO 18000 and PED. We have certifications for ASTM F1387-99 (2012), ISO 19879, MSS-SP-99, Ball Valve certification as per API 607, Cryogenic Certification for Valves and Fugitive Emission certification for valves and American Bureau of Shipping PDA approval.
