Fluid Power Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1968 and during these years has secured the position as one of the leading manufacturers of custom-built hydraulic cylinders / systems, for use in Steel Plants, Cement Mills, Offshore Vessels, Marine Structures, Jack-Up Barges, Defense Equipment, Dams, Mobile & Earthmoving Equipment, etc. Specializing in the design and manufacture of Hydraulic Systems for Jack-Up Barges, we have supplied hydraulic systems for 11 barges till date, with lifting capacities of up to 4000 tons. Apart from the promoters themselves being qualified engineers with over fours decades of specialized experience in the field of hydraulics, the company has a dedicated and well experienced team of engineers and technicians. All manufacturing and testing facilities such as Honing, Grinding, Super Finishing, etc, are available in-house, ensuring timely delivery, while maintaining high quality standards. ‘Fluid Power’ has in-house capabilities for manufacturing large size hydraulic cylinders of up to 900 mm Bore diameter and 12800 mm Stroke, weighing up to 15 tons. Each of our hydraulic cylinders undergoes a thorough dimensional inspection and is pressure tested for checking internal & external leakages, cushioning control, breakaway pressure, etc, on our specially designed Cylinder Test-Bench at 150% of the working pressure for a minimum of 50 full stroke cycles.
