FLUID-PRESS was founded in 1971. After a quick success as a manufacturer for account of a third party, the company begins to design and produce hydraulic valves, marking definitively its own path. The firm facility is located in Albinea (Reggio Emilia – Italy), which is a worldwide acknowledged mechanics pole. In 2000, due to the need for more place, as for the purchasing of new manufacturing equipment, FLUID-PRESS gets a new plant which is next to the old one. Now FLUID-PRESS has 3 own plants for a total area of 9,000 sq. mt. at its disposal. While in the first shed there is the component production with specific places dedicated to the storage of raw materials, with lathes and with CNC-machining centres, the second shed is entirely dedicated to turning machines and R&D department. With regards to the manufacturing equipment used in the 2 sheds, they are all the best and cutting-edge ones now available on the market. The 3rd palnt is dedicated to a well-provided component warehouse, to the assembly, test and forwarding departments. We develop and manufacture hydraulic valves and manifold blocks. Our job is constantly done by listening to customers’ needs, by being at customers’ disposal and by paying attention to the necessary professional skills to compete in a market which is continuously changing. We turn to agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles, cranes, aerial platforms and earth-moving machines manufacturers. In 2022, DexKo Global Inc. (“DexKo”), a leading manufacturer of highly engineered trailer dollies, chassis assemblies, related components and hydraulic brake applications, purchased Fluid-Press. Fluid-Press represents a valuable addition to the DexKo Hydraulics business, working closely with Safim Brakes Modena (www.safim.it). Safim is a leading manufacturer of high-quality hydraulic braking system components used in a wide range of off-road equipment applications and has been part of DexKo and AL-KO Vehicle since 2019.
