Flur was established in Rajasthan to investigate why influencers, creators, UGC contributors, and bloggers struggle to earn a sustainable income despite their efforts. Over the past five years, more than 2,800 Instagram pages have been launched in India, with 70% of them engaging in fraudulent practices against influencers. Many brands emerged, but due to poor intermediaries and unreliable pages, their startups failed to thrive. Numerous influencers transitioned from traditional jobs to content creation, yet many faced a lack of opportunities in the market, leading to their exit within six months and a return to their previous roles. After analyzing these challenges, we have finally developed a platform that ensures influencers receive fair money based on their identity and hard work.
