FLUX stands for a state of constant change. In 2019, FLUX came into existence to fill a gap in the art ecosystem in Bangalore – as a space that operates out of compassion, collaboration and accessibility. FLUX offers a range of unique and consciously curated programs to help you reconnect with your body, mind and spirit. X-sense is the flagship contemporary dance program along with Aerial Yoga, Theater, Natural Fitness, Bollywood Dance, Kids Club, Retreats, Women’s Circle, Healing and performances. X-Sense, the flagship professional contemporary dance course at FLUX is a regular course and new batches always keep starting as soon as the previous ones are over. Admissions are always open. Bollywood dance classes at FLUX are to learn all the rhythmic and energetic steps of Bollywood. It immerses us all in the expression of love and life. Acting classes at FLUX are not run of the mill traditional acting classes. We emphasize as much on the movement training as we do on the voice training. FLUX offers awesome regular yoga and aerial yoga classes. In fact, we have been the pioneers in introducing aerial yoga aka anti-gravity yoga in Bangalore. Professional photography course at FLUX is a regular course and new batches always keep starting as soon as the previous ones are over. Admissions are always open. Creative Writing Course at FLUX has been designed to challenge writers with sophisticated literary references and writing tasks that push their expression. Inside Out, a therapeutic wellness program, offers insightful dance movement therapy (DMT) dealing with psychological trauma. Women Circles at FLUX fully empower women where they share their experiences to arrive at an existential resolution. Kids Club at FLUX offers yearlong kids activities in Bangalore. It is a question of developing real intelligence for our kids into what they learn in school. We also keep organizing Summer Camps for kids every year.
