Every decade, we are faced with even a smarter way of doing things, mind boggling technology, radical new generations, competitive & faster pace of life, the world becoming smaller, and less time and energy than the previous. Too much? And whereas the pragmatism approach to technology should in theory make life easier and give you more time, it somehow has done the opposite.

The next decade brings more automation, AI generation wisdom, or personally an even stronger focus on mental health or the psychology aspect of your career. Hi, I'm Arshy, I am an Executive Coach for the new age*, with 22+ years corporate and consulting experience working for blue chip companies in UK, UAE and Pakistan. I am the former Marketing Director and General Manager @ L’Oreal and worked in senior executive positions at Unilever and Coca-Cola UK. I recently completed an Executive coaching certificate from INSEAD and started my practice in January 2023. I also have a beautiful cat, an awesome family, love to travel, and am a passionate spin instructor!
