* 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with Flex Assembly area for custom/low volume builds, dedicated lean manufacturing build cells for higher volume builds. Highly trained and experienced assembly and wiring technicians ensure that panels are built to the highest levels of accuracy and quality.
* Electrical Engineering staff providing services from customer design validation services to turn-key system design, including PLC/HMI programming.
* Dedicated Quality Control department that tests every panel either to our standard FMH test procedures, or to customer specific test procedures. Our ISO-9001 compliant processes and procedures ensure consistent quality for our customers. We have UL Certification to List UL 508A, cUL, and UL 913 control panels. We build to NFPA 70 & 79 and/or CE standards.
*Every FMH customer has a dedicated Project Manager that is responsible for coordinating all panel build activities. This customer advocate ensures that their customers receive their panels on time and on budget with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
* Our Supply Chain Management delivers competitive pricing from a large variety of component manufacturers via negotiated contracts or through customer specific contracts. Through best practices we deliver cost reduction initiatives to our customers.
