FM Notai was founded on the long-standing friendship between notaries Marco Farina and Demetrio Maltese, which began during their time at the Almo Collegio Borromeo in Pavia. Marco started his notarial career in 2020 at offices in Pessano con Bornago and Milan, collaborating with Professor Giuseppe Alberto Rescio. In 2022, Demetrio began his notarial activity in association with notaries Renato Giacosa and Enrico Mazzoletti, with whom he had been working since 2020. In 2024, their relocation to Milan marked the founding of FM Notai, with its main office at Via Fratelli Ruffini 10 and a secondary office in Pessano con Bornago. FM Notai distinguishes itself through the combined experience and expertise of Marco and Demetrio, supported by a highly qualified team, offering tailored and attentive consultancy to private clients, professional firms, and businesses.
