In 2022, Demetrio began his notarial activity in association with notaries Renato Giacosa and Enrico Mazzoletti, with whom he had been working since 2020. In 2024, their relocation to Milan marked the founding of FM Notai, with its main office at Via Fratelli Ruffini 10 and a secondary office in Pessano con Bornago.
