Research suggests that the average child moves less well and less often than they used to do. Children are spending more time on their phones and less time being physically active. By developing the correct movement habits in their formative years, we have seen children develop a positive association with physical activity giving them confidence as a teenager and ultimately setting them on a more active path for the rest of their lives.
