Faculty of Management Studies-The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda

MS Patel Institute of Management Studies, known as FMS-Baroda, was established in 1984 in the city of Vadodara. It is run by The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute offers a full-time MBA program, doctoral program, and two executive MBA programs. The summer internship which is an integral aspect of the institution's education is a great exposure for the students and the Grand project is also a unique project that is devised to test their Management skills. The institute creates a fertile ground for sharing multiple viewpoints and preparing for leadership in a global workplace. Its commitment to diversity is deep. The interactions that occur daily in the FMS community provide a challenging atmosphere that helps students to grow and develop skills they would need in order to excel in the corporate world. The Faculty also has a state-of-the-art auditorium named “Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Auditorium” which can cater to the corporate training needs or any event that needs to be hosted with a capacity of 150 or more. The Faculty is the only second institute after IIM-Ahmedabad to have its own Management Development Center which can be utilized for appropriate needs as well.
