Our selection process is demanding and the rejection rates are high but this process provides our Customers with Officers in whom they can feel totally confident. When staff are transferred into our employ under the current TUPE regulations, we are always careful to assess any training and development needs that they may have and to address those needs as part of the Contact lead in period.
