First National Bank Botswana (FNBB) was registered in 1991, as a wholly owned subsidiary of First National Bank Holdings (Botswana). Various acquisitions led to the Bank becoming a listed entity on the Botswana Stock Exchange Limited (BSEL) in 1993.

In 2001, FNBB established the FNBB Foundation, a corporate social responsibility arm of the Bank through which we continue to invest and uplift our communities whilst contributing to the sustainable development of Botswana.
