In early 2020, our founder, Parker, found himself obsessed with the benefits of functional mushrooms and needed something to fuel ironman training. Next thing he knew, hundreds of pounds of raw ingredients & packaging materials overwhelmed his bedroom.
He threw out his bed in March of 2020, moved into his tent in the backyard and launched Fôrij out of his bedroom.
At Fôrij, we create functional foods that genuinely improve people's quality of life. Bridging the gap between supplement and food, all of our recipes combine natural remedies (re: mushrooms) & wholefood ingredients to deliver natural energy, mental focus & nutrient-dense fuel.
