As a fractional hands-on CPO/COO, I help startups and early-stage consumer product companies build and scale their product and operations functions. My specialty is highly technical product—from outdoor products (hard and soft goods) to innovative consumer electronics to high-end photography equipment. I can take it from concept to production and then go-to-market. I have designed/manufactured product, built a company from the ground up, and taught other companies how to do the same.
