Focus Equity is a real estate development company based in Portugal, created by an international team with extensive experience in the property markets of Italy, Malta, Georgia, Russia, and Portugal. We develop and sell residential and commercial real estate with a focus on sustainable architecture, construction efficiency, and long-term comfort for end buyers and investors. Our projects are built using Poliespanso, an advanced Italian technology that ensures excellent thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and resistance to moisture and mold - a common issue in Portuguese housing. We are currently preparing our first development projects in the Margem Sul region. Our buildings are designed to be future-proof: warm in winter, cool in summer, quiet, low-maintenance, and environmentally conscious. As a startup, we offer a modern and transparent approach to development. Our model combines verified funding sources, professional risk management, and a clear legal structure for investors and buyers.
