Focus Training was established in 1991, as a training centre in Lancashire with a difference, bringing together behaviour based development with techniques from accelerated learning. Utilising wherever possible our unique training environment we aim to create a truly experiential learning experience that will create personal and team change. Specialising in Management Development, Organisational /Behavioural Change, Leadership and Team Building.
