Focus is a corporate intelligence firm based in London and operating internationally. As of January 2015, Focus is fully owned by Burford Capital and operates as the core of its global judgment enforcement team. We specialise in investigative litigation support, asset-tracing and enforcement. We work closely with clients' legal advisors to identify, retrieve and analyse evidence - wherever it may exist and however hard to get - to solve problems. We provide advisory support to private practice lawyers, in-house counsel and senior management involved in all types of commercial disputes including litigation, arbitration, intellectual property disputes and white collar crime investigations. Assignments range from single question fact-gathering enquiries to comprehensive international asset tracing and enforcement exercises and complex forensic support.
